Tundra Oil & Gas Limited is a privately owned Winnipeg-based Company with oil production in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. The Company’s core properties are located in southwestern Manitoba and southeast Saskatchewan.

The Company began operations in 1980 with a focus on light oil production in Manitoba. Tundra operates more than 950 producing oil wells in the Williston Basin. Net oil equivalent production in December, 2006 averaged 13,250 BOE per day.

The Company is a wholly owned affiliate of James Richardson & Sons, Limited (”JRSL”) of Winnipeg, Canada. JRSL is a private, family company established in 1857 with operations in agriculture and food processing, oil and gas exploration, finaicial services and real estate.
